Fastlink Data Cables manufacture a wide range of customer specific cables and wiring looms. All cables and looms can be finished in any way the client chooses i.e. the cable ends can be cut (unfinished), stripped, stripped and tinned or terminated with any connector using solder or crimp processes.
We have the tooling available for the finest guages of wire to the heavy duty power solutions, from 32 AWG to 12 AWG. We can go higher using specialised hydraulic crimping and cutting tools.
Basically, any cable and Fastlink will have the solution and to any specification. Fastlink is ISO 9001 approved and can build cables upto MOD TEMPEST specification.

Wiring Kits
Alternatively, we can also provide kits of cables, individually tailored for each system. Typically, this would consist of earth straps, ribbon cables, power supply cables, other data cabling including shielded cables. As with our wiring loom options, these cables can be terminated, cut to length only, cut and stripped and with or without tinning. They can also be terminated with any type of connector using crimp or solder.
We also supply cable packs for producing your own prototype leads i.e. twenty crimped cables that can be inserted into a connector using 'crimp and poke' technology. These are a handy aid for the developer who can then assemble their own cable at the prototyping stage. The other end of the cable is just cut, allowing the developer to solder or apply their own fixing.
