Wiring kits are available for complete systems. Many of our clients make use of this service to simplify production or installation. By ordering and taking delivery of complete kits, it saves having to think about the supply of many different types of assembly.
A typical cable kit can comprise of any type of cable but usually consist of;
 Mains power cable Earth straps
PCB interconnection cables Communication cables
Some of our clients even specify different lengths for certain cables, even though the kit doesn't change. This assists the client with specific installation requiements and, often, are shipped direct to the site, under plain wrap if required.
Cable kits are generally specified during the prototyping or pre-production stages. Fastlink are happy to supply any quantity and therefore, would be happy to supply for pre-production if required.
All kits can be packaged and supplied with specific part numbers, if required.
Another popular line is our custom wire kits. This comprises of 20 wires terminated with one of the common crimped connectors. These can then be pushed home into your connector housing to form one end of your prototype cable. The other ends can then be wire wrapped or soldered to your terminal posts, PCB's or other. If you need to make changes, the individual connector terminal can besprung out and placed elsewhere in the connector housing. This is particularly useful when trying to eliminate small amounts of noise.
Cables come in packs of twenty and can be supplied as one colour or mixture of all available colours.
