25 Pair Cable Series Category 5e and Category 3 Cable
25 Pair Cat 5e backbone cables are designed for high-speed applications. These cables meet and exceed the
category 5e transmission characteristics including the Power Sum Near End Crosstalk (NEXT) requirements of
ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B Standard for Commercial Building Telecommunications Wiring.

Category 5e Cable
Varieties include: UTP (unshielded), STP (shielded). Specification certified to support up to 100MBps over total
network link length of 100m, this is usually assumed to be 90m solid core cable between patch panels with up to 5m stranded patch leads at both ends (overall total length usually no more than 10m) between the panel and the equipment.
Although it can support up to 1Gbps it is usually recommended that you use Cat 6 cable. Certified up to 100Mhz.
Available in 10 colours.

Category 6 Cable
Category 6 cable is standard for Gigabit Ethernet and other network protocols that is backward compatible with the Category 5/5e and Category 3 cable standards. Cat 6 features more stringent specifications for crosstalk and system noise. The cable standard provides performance of up to 250 MHz and is suitable for 10 Base-T / 100 Base-T and1000 Base-TX (Gigabit Ethernet).
